Remote Proctoring a Successful End of Rotation™ Exam
To ensure successful administration, PAEA is providing a series of videos on how to successfully administer an End of Rotation exam and to help you guide remote proctors and students effectively.
We want to prepare faculty with information to ensure that proctors and students have a seamless exam. This video provides information on what to do prior to and on test day, including communicating what the proctor and test-takers need and ensuring that the proctor should be present and available to answer questions about the exam and its overall process. We also have several resources you can review in advance of proctoring an exam:
- Why PAEA extended the waived policies beyond July
- Checklists to ensure everyone is prepared
And resources for setting up and administering exams:
- Instructions to set up remote proctoring sessions
- A script template to use on exam day
Successful administrations depend on informed parties acting with integrity. An informed faculty and active remote proctor help to guarantee this. Only you can facilitate this process for your students. If you have questions about the End of Rotation exam, PAEA Assessment is here for you at exams@PAEAonline.org.
