2023 PAEA Education Forum Recap

How do I become a Forum presenter?

A member leads a presentation at the Education Forum.

Presenting your work at the Forum is a valuable professional development experience that offers connection, collaboration, and the platform to share your knowledge and expertise with the PA education community. Each year, PAEA opens a call for proposals and encourages all members to submit an application. The Forum features selected sessions that address the most important issues facing PA education, including a mix of advanced topics for experienced faculty and foundation topics for new faculty.

The proposal submission for the 2024 Forum is now closed.

How can I serve as a Forum proposal reviewer?

Each year, PA educators have a unique opportunity to help shape the Forum by participating as a conference proposal reviewer. By participating as a reviewer, members gain knowledge and experience while helping determine the most high-quality, rigorous, and relevant sessions for the annual conference.

Reviewers participate in a blinded peer-review of all Forum research and education session proposals based on their area(s) of experience.

The application for 2024 proposal reviewers is now closed.

The PAEA Education Forum is our premier event, bringing together faculty and staff from PA programs across the world to learn, connect and celebrate the profession. Last year’s Education Forum took place in New Orleans, Louisiana, from October 11 to 14.
