PAEA President Kara Caruthers on Celebrating Black History

Throughout February, PAEA celebrated Black History Month. At the closing of Black History Month, PAEA President Kara Caruthers restated the importance of celebrating Black History and offered both support and a challenge to PAEA member programs who stayed silent. Watch her message below.
