Make Your Voice Heard in the Faculty and Director Survey
PAEA’s biennial PA Program Faculty and Directors Survey is now open! This survey collects information on faculty salaries, demographics, job satisfaction, faculty roles and responsibilities, and other critical topics. These data provide rich insight into the factors that impact faculty recruitment and retention and are also commonly used for benchmarking and workforce research.
Your valuable feedback about your experiences as a PA educator helps PAEA develop resources that are responsive to your needs. For example, data collected in this survey make up the foundation of our most requested custom reports — comparative salary reports frequently used by faculty and program directors to negotiate salaries at their programs. Remember, PA programs must respond to the survey for faculty and directors to request data and reports, so don’t miss this opportunity!
Program directors and faculty members received emails detailing how to participate in the survey. Regular reminders will be sent for those that have not yet submitted their survey responses. It will be open until June 13, 2022. Programs with a faculty response rate of 90% or higher will be entered to win a complimentary 2022 Forum registration. Respondents who complete the survey will have the opportunity to enter a drawing for a $250 Amazon gift card. All survey responses are confidential and will be stored in a secure database with no identifying information.
