A Conversation with Tiffanie Adams, PA-C: Opioid Use Disorder Treatment and Recovery

September is National Recovery Month!  

Several weeks ago, I had the pleasure of sitting down with Tiffanie Adams, PA-C. Tiffanie is a behavioral health provider and the founder of Restorative Minds, LLC in Charlotte, NC. During our time together, Tiffanie shared the story of her path to the PA profession and her path to the specialty of behavioral health/psychiatry. She has been practicing for 10 years, primarily in psychiatry, and is an MAT DEA-X waivered provider. In honor of Addiction Professionals Day, observed on September 20, and September as National Recovery Month, PAEA’s ORN-2 Project is proud to share our interview with Tiffanie on her experiences with MAT and facilitating the road to recovery for her patients.
