Primary Care Leadership Program Accepting Student Applications
The Primary Care Leadership Program (PCLP) is a joint effort of the GE Foundation and National Medical Fellowships to increase care for the underserved — and graduate-level PA students are invited to apply. Specifically, the program “provides future health care professionals with an opportunity to experience the challenges and rewards of primary care practice in community health centers across the U.S.”
The 2019 program will take place in June and July in Los Angeles as well as in five cities in Massachusetts. Over the course of the program, scholars will participate in leadership training, team-based project activities, and health care service delivery.
Applications are due February 13. For more information or to apply, please visit the PCLP website.
