The PA Education Association (PAEA) is proud to introduce the 2025–2026 cohort of the Student Health Policy Fellowship (SHPF)—a distinguished group of future PA leaders selected through a competitive application and review process. Chosen by PAEA’s Government Relations Steering Committee and Government Relations team, these students represent the next generation of policy-minded professionals committed to advancing PA education and health care access.

This fall, from September 8–10, the fellows will take part in a dynamic, virtual workshop designed to deepen their understanding of health policy and advocacy. Led by experienced professionals in the field, the program will equip participants with the tools needed to effectively engage with policymakers and influence legislation that impacts PA education.
The workshop will culminate on September 10 with congressional meetings, where fellows will put their training into action by speaking directly with lawmakers and their staff on Capitol Hill. These meetings will focus on advancing PAEA’s key legislative priorities and amplifying the voice of PA students in the national policy conversation.
