NIH Genomics Course Open to PAs and PA Faculty

The National Human Genome Research Institute (NHGRI) is offering its annual Short Course in Genomics again this summer. The course, which is specifically designed for PAs, nurses, and the faculty who educate them, will discuss a variety of genomics-related topics, including genetic testing, incorporating genomics into practice, and teaching genomics.

The class will be held at the NIH campus in Bethesda, Maryland, on August 8–11. The course itself is free for selected applicants and includes lectures, panel discussions, hands-on activities, and a tour of the NIH Clinical Center.
