LMAC Book Club Round 2: StrengthsFinder

The second meeting of the Leadership Mission Advancement Commission (LMAC) Book Club will be held Friday, November 15, 12:00–1:00 p.m. ET. This discussion will focus on StrengthsFinder 2.0 from Gallup and author Tom Rath.

How to Join the Book Club

The book club will be centralized in the Leadership and Development Professional Learning Community (PLC). If you haven’t already joined a PLC, it takes only a few minutes. Just follow these simple steps:

• Log into your PAEA member account.
• Click on “Professional Learning Communities” on the top menu bar.
• Scroll down the list of available PLCs, click on any that interest you, including the Leadership and Development PLC, then click “Join Group.” You may join as many PLCs as you like.
