Join the PAEA team as a Member Experience Specialist
At PAEA we’re now looking for the right PA educator to join our expanding team. It’s important for this person, who will be a Member Experience Specialist (MX Specialist), to know what it means to be a PAEA member, to understand the needs of a PA educator, and to help us identify ways PAEA can improve.
The right candidate will join other PA educators already working at PAEA, Karen Hills, Chief Governance and Leadership Officer; Denise Rizzolo, Director, Research and Publication; and Olivia Ziegler, Chief Experience Officer.
The MX Specialist will contribute in three key areas: Member Engagement, Admission Services, and Assessment Services. Responsibilities will include leveraging their PA educator expertise to develop and disseminate resources that help members better utilize PAEA’s products and services across these areas.
Specific responsibilities will include developing and disseminating educational materials that help programs use PAEA’s products and services effectively; engaging with PA educators and faculty members to understand their needs and challenges; and working with PAEA’s various teams to develop resources and improve the member experience.
