Helping After Helene

We are deeply saddened by the devastation and loss of life caused by Hurricane Helene. Many communities have been left without means of communication, power, and passable roads.

Many of our members and their students are grappling with disruptions to their work and lives. In this time of crisis, the PA Education Association wants to help in any way we can. We stand ready to provide support, coordination, and communications wherever we can.   

Let’s take care of each other and those in our PA education community who are in need. We will work together to recover and rebuild. 

HOW YOU CAN HELP

In the midst of this devastation, we know programs and students are reaching out to help their communities and each other. PAEA is actively gathering information from affected programs and sharing various ways to offer support. As new details and resources become available, we will continue updating this list:
