Chair the LDRC in a New Direction

PAEA’s Board of Directors is instituting a new focus for the Leadership Development and Recruitment Council (LDRC) and is in search of an individual to champion this effort. The LDRC will create a program to identify and develop current and future leaders in PA education. Collaboratively with council chairs from faculty development, conference planning, the student advisory task force, and others, the LDRC will guide individuals interested in leading our profession and the Association toward the future.

Going forward, PAEA staff will handle the operational components of the board elections, allowing the council to focus on the most strategic approach to leadership development.
