Assessment Closures for 2021

PAEA will be restricting access to proctored exams on the following days. Please note that in some cases this includes weekend administrations, so please plan your exam schedule in advance:

• January 1: New Year’s Day
• January 18: Martin Luther King Jr.’s Birthday
• February 13-15: Presidents’ Day Observed
• May 29-31: Memorial Day Observed
• July 3-5: Independence Day Observed
• September 4-6: Labor Day Observed
• October 9-11: Indigenous Peoples Day/Columbus Day Observed
• November 11: Veterans’ Day
• November 25-28: Thanksgiving Holiday Observed
• December 24-27: Christmas Holiday Observed
• December 31-January 2: New Year’s Day Observed

You may still schedule unproctored PACKRAT® exams for these days — as well as purchase and schedule exams — but customer support services will not be available to assist with any issues that might arise. Any questions submitted via email, chat, or voicemail message will be addressed on the next business day.
