You’ve already done the hard part — the data have been analyzed, the proposal has been written, and the reviewers were duly impressed with your work. Now, let PAEA pick up the tab!
PAEA’s Scientific Meeting Scholarship is now accepting applications. This funding opportunity is designed to increase the visibility of PAs and PA faculty at meetings where high-level health care decision makers are present.
PA faculty members who have had presentations, panels, or posters accepted at a scientific meeting other than the PAEA Education Forum or the AAPA Conference may apply for up to $2,000 in support. The scholarship can go toward your travel, hotel, conference registration, and food. PAEA plans to award about five scholarships every fiscal year (July 1–June 30).
To apply, please send a completed application to research@PAEAonline.org with a notice or letter of acceptance from the conference or meeting. For more details about the program and criteria for scholarship selection, check out our website.
