What PAEA learning activity did you attend and when? Spring 2024 Workshop Faculty Skills 101
Would you recommend this learning activity to other members and, if so, why?
For those new to PA teaching this is very helpful. It will be most helpful to those with little exposure to pedagogical principals.
What was your biggest takeaway/”aha” moment? My teaching experience although not in PA education specifically is more valuable than I realized to this job change.
Tell us about what you have put into practice because of this learning activity. What has been most helpful is the writing better exam questions and analyzing exam statistics. This is something I will use more than anything else. It would be nice to be able to sit down with other anatomy instructors to work on writing second and third order anatomy questions. These are a challenge to write, but I am getting better.
