PDs: Important Full Practice Authority Education Survey in Your Inbox

Program directors received a short (but important!) survey about how AAPA’s full practice authority and responsibility (FPAR) proposal may impact PA education. Because programs currently educate graduates to practice with physician supervision, we need to consider the potential effects FPAR may have on applicant pool experience, diversity, program content and length, and costs. Your perspective is extremely important as PAEA leadership enters discussions with stakeholders.

Earlier this afternoon, program directors received an email from PAEA with a link to the survey. We value your input on this important issue — and highly encourage your participation in completing the survey.

Responses should be submitted no later than 11:59 p.m. ET on Sunday, February 26. Please direct any questions to us at FPAR@PAEAonline.org.
