New Educational Toolkit Reflects on PA Profession’s History

To help PA educators teach their students about the history of the PA profession, the Physician Assistant History Society has released an Educational Toolkit.

The toolkit is designed to provide maximum flexibility in a broad range of formats, including traditional lectures, online reading and learning assignments, team-based learning, and individual study. Five modules and an instructors handbook are provided. The instructor can choose what material to use and how to use it.

Before publishing the toolkit, the modules were reviewed by a group of PA program faculty during the 2014 PAEA Education Forum, and their feedback was incorporated into the final version.
