PAEA Past President William (Bill) Kohlhepp, DHSc, PA-C, has retired from full-time teaching at the Quinnipiac University PA program after almost 25 years at the university. He was awarded Professor Emeritus status upon his retirement.

Dr. Kohlhepp will continue as part-time faculty in the PA program and as an advisor to Quinnipiac undergraduate students in the PA-Prep Concentration. He ends almost 40 years in PA education as he was previously a lecturer in medicine at the Yale University School of Medicine, teaching part-time in the Yale PA program and precepting students in his clinical practice. Kohlhepp was also a long-time volunteer for PAEA, serving as treasurer on the Board of Directors before becoming president.

Congratulations, Dr. Kohlhepp, and best wishes for a happy (semi-) retirement.
