Noller Named Chair at Arcadia
It was recently announced that Diana Noller, MSPT, MMS, PA-C, is the new chair of Arcadia University’s Department of Medical Science and Community Health. Noller has been a faculty member in the university’s PA program — which has campuses in Glenside, Pennsylvania, and Christiana, Delaware — since 2009.
Scott Steps into Program Director Role at MEDEX Northwest
Terry Scott, MPA, PA-C, has been appointed to the combined role of program director and section head of MEDEX Northwest in Seattle. Scott joined the MEDEX faculty in 1996. He is also a member of PAEA’s Inclusion and Diversity Council.
Richards Heads New Program at Emory & Henry
Emory & Henry College in Emory, Virginia, recently named Scott Richards, PhD, PA-C, as the founding chair and program director for its developing PA program. Richards previously served as the director of clinical education for the Lynchburg College PA program and as assistant professor, program director, and associate dean for the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences PA program. The Emory & Henry PA program is scheduled to open in the fall of 2017.
Ana Maldonado Heads New Program at Dominican
Ana Maldonado, DHSc, MPH, PA-C, has been appointed founding director of the developing PA program at Dominican University in San Rafael, California. The first cohort of the program is expected to matriculate in the spring of 2017. Maldonado has previous PA education experience at Touro University California and the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
Patch Named Interim Program Director at Nova Southeastern
Kyrus Patch, DHSc, MSPAS, PA-C, has been appointed interim program director at Nova Southeastern University near Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, where she has been a faculty member since 2007.
