Maternal & Child Health Pipeline Training Program

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is now accepting applications for its Maternal and Child Health Pipeline Training Program (MCHPTP), which aims to promote the development of a culturally diverse and representative health care workforce by recruiting undergraduate training students from economically and educationally disadvantaged backgrounds into maternal and child health (MCH) professions.

MCHPTP will encourage and motivate students to seek careers in maternal and child health by making the appropriate undergraduate didactic research, clinical and/or field experiences available and exposing students to Title V and other MCH agencies that serve children and families.

PA programs housed at institutions that offer undergraduate education may wish to coordinate with their university for this grant opportunity.
