Mark Your Calendars for the First-Ever Virtual Education Forum

After careful consideration, prioritizing safety above all else, we want to let you know that this year’s Forum will be held virtually, while still maintaining the high-quality experiences that you have come to expect from an in-person Forum — except, of course, without the hugs and handshakes.

Registration gives you access to CME, live and pre-recorded sessions, networking opportunities, breakout sessions, exhibitors, and so much more. And because the Forum is fully virtual this year, you will have access to the content even after the Forum is over.

The full Forum agenda will be coming soon, but for now — mark your calendars for October 19–23 for the 2020 PAEA Education Forum. That’s right — a full week of programming instead of three days. Whether you’re an institutional leader, faculty, or staff, working in admissions, assessment, or anything in between, there’s something for everyone at this year’s Forum.

Registration & Pricing

We know this year has been extremely challenging for our members, and we want to do all that we can to help alleviate the financial burden on programs. That’s why we are offering two options for members:

  1. An individual registration fee of $290
  2. A “Bundle & Save” option in which for every five registrants, programs save money. The more registrants a program has, the more they save.
Individual Member & Non-Member:      $290
Bundle & Save 5+ Attendees:      $265 each ($25 savings per attendee)
Bundle & Save 10+ Attendees:      $250 each ($40 savings per attendee)
Bundle & Save 15+ Attendees:      $230 each ($60 savings per attendee)

Registration is now open. For programs interested in the Bundle & Save option, we recommend designating someone to collect information and register all attendees. To help you prepare, here is the information that this person will need for each attendee:

  • First and last name
  • Email address (Note: registrants must use the email address associated with their PAEA Member Community account. This is typically their university/program email address.)
  • Program ZIP code
  • NCCPA ID number (if applicable)

Also, this year, the Fall Workshops will be held separately. More information on the line-up and schedule will be coming soon.

Learning from your colleagues and sharing your own expertise is a key part of professional development. To that end, we hope that these changes will allow more faculty and staff to attend the Forum than ever before. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at Forum@PAEAonline.org.
