Call for Applications: PA Foundation IMPACT Grants

Do you have an innovative idea to improve health in your community? Then apply for a 2020 IMPACT Grant from the PA Foundation.

IMPACT Grants provide funding support for patient-focused, community-based health projects that demonstrate an impact on patient health outcomes. For the 2020 application cycle, which is now open, funding will be available for two categories of project support:

• General health care projects/programs that address any health issue or challenge
• Mental health-focused projects/programs that address mental health patient outcomes and/or mental health education
