AcademyHealth Grants for Early Career Researchers

AcademyHealth’s New Investigator Small Grant Program is designed to support health service researchers who are less than three years removed from earning a doctoral degree.

Six grants of $10,000 each will be awarded to AcademyHealth members for projects to be conducted during 2016 and presented at the June 2017 AcademyHealth Annual Research Meeting.

The grant program is open to research on four topics: Medicaid Managed Care (funded by the Association for Community Affiliated Plans), general health services research (funded by AcademyHealth), population health (funded by the AcademyHealth President’s Fund), and maternal and child health (funded by March of Dimes).

Applications are due by Friday, September 11, 2015.
