Welcome to the WebAdMIT Monthly Updates section. Here, we will provide training resources to promote knowledge sharing and utilization of WebAdMIT, share best practices and useful tips about the applicant experience, and link to new and historical product release notes. Release notes provide a summary of enhancements and new features that are available in the Applicant Portal, Configuration Portal, Letters by Liaison, and WebAdMIT.

Best Practices: Downloading Documents in Batch

Now that a new application cycle has started, what happens to all of the application documents from the last cycle? You can view documents from the last three cycles right in WebAdMIT using the cycle switcher.

It is best practice to download and save these important documents at the end of each cycle so they can be easily accessed by your staff. You can access and download documents via:

  • Applicant Details page
  • The PDF Manager

Tip: Uploading Documents

You can retrieve applicant documents, such as the full application PDF, transcripts, and any CAS-level and program-level applicant-uploaded documents, under the Documents panel on the Applicant Details page

What happens when an applicant sends you application materials you need to scan into their application? You can Upload Documents directly to their file in WebAdMIT.
