Faculty

The Assistant Professor of Physician Assistant Studies is a full-time, twelve-month university faculty position with academic rank based upon the appointee’s academic and experiential qualifications. The faculty member will collaborate with other program faculty to assist in providing an education in accordance with the program’s mission, goals, competencies, and with accreditation standards.

Faculty are responsible for generating and delivering classroom lectures and clinical skills instruction within the basic medical and clinical science topics for which he/she is qualified, as well as evaluating student performance, providing remediation when necessary, counseling students, and evaluating the curriculum and program.
