Peer review is an essential component of scholarly publishing and plays a critical role in maintaining the quality and integrity of PA-focused journals. This interactive webinar will provide PA faculty with an overview of the peer-review process, including the roles, responsibilities, and expectations of peer reviewers.

Peer-reviewed publications are an important and widely recognized form of scholarship in higher education. Developing peer-review skills can benefit PA faculty and clinicians by contributing to the advancement of the profession while supporting their own scholarly and professional development. Presenters will discuss practical strategies and best practices for critically evaluating manuscripts and providing constructive, meaningful feedback to authors and editors. Common challenges encountered during the review process will also be addressed, along with tips for providing feedback that is both thorough and respectful.
