PA Education in the Wild West: Thriving in Rural/Underserved Environments
The next stop on the PAEA Virtual Road Trip Program Showcase series will be to the Hardin-Simmons University PA Program in Abilene Texas. Program Director Jennifer Eames and Academic Director Tina Butler will discuss their program’s experiences and challenges in a rural and underserved setting. They will share how they have incorporated both their larger institutional mission and a spirit of volunteerism into their program curriculum as well as how they have worked to model leadership and professional advocacy.
