- Mission Statement
- The mission of the RMUoHP PA Program is to educate students to become competent physician assistants who value and provide comprehensive, evidence-based, patient-centered care and are committed to lifelong-learning, professional excellence, and collaborative practice.
|
- Unique Program Features
- Students engage in weekly, team-based simulated patient cases for 3 full semesters, ensuring a strong foundation in patient care before rotations begin. We’ve infused bedside ultrasound into our didactic curriculum so students are familiar with this important and increasingly common tool. All clinical medicine courses are taught by licensed, experienced PAs who are full-time, on-campus faculty. Additionally, our students can transfer many credits toward RMU’s Doctor of Medical Science degree.
