As a Principal Faculty member in the Clinical Phase of the Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) Program, you will play a key role in delivering curriculum content, mentoring students, and supporting program operations in accordance with ARC-PA accreditation standards. This is an opportunity to influence the next generation of physician assistants while contributing to a mission-driven institution focused on service, student success, and healthcare access.
What Weâre Looking For:
⢠Graduation from an accredited physician assistant training program
⢠NCCPA certification
⢠Current licensure or eligibility for Tennessee licensure
⢠Masterâs degree in Physician Assistant Studies
⢠Actively engaged in or willing to pursue a doctoral degree in a medical science-related field
⢠Minimum of two years of full-time clinical experience as a physician assistant
⢠Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
⢠Terminal degree related to the profession
⢠Experience teaching PA students in clinical or didactic settings
⢠Experience with learning platforms such as Canvas or Blackboard
⢠Three to five years of clinical experience
