Principal Faculty Clinical Phase Physician's Assistant Program (Chattanooga, TN)

Lincoln Memorial University is seeking a Principal Faculty – Clinical Phase member to join the Physician Assistant Program at our Chattanooga, Tennessee campus.

At Lincoln Memorial University, we are looking for a physician assistant educator who believes clinical education is more than preparing students for rotations—it is about helping future providers build confidence, strengthen clinical reasoning, and grow into compassionate healthcare professionals.

As a Principal Faculty member in the Clinical Phase of the Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) Program, you will play a key role in delivering curriculum content, mentoring students, and supporting program operations in accordance with ARC-PA accreditation standards. This is an opportunity to influence the next generation of physician assistants while contributing to a mission-driven institution focused on service, student success, and healthcare access.

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduation from an accredited physician assistant training program

• NCCPA certification

• Current licensure or eligibility for Tennessee licensure

• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies

• Actively engaged in or willing to pursue a doctoral degree in a medical science-related field

• Minimum of two years of full-time clinical experience as a physician assistant

• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Terminal degree related to the profession

• Experience teaching PA students in clinical or didactic settings

• Experience with learning platforms such as Canvas or Blackboard

• Three to five years of clinical experience
