Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and revise the program's mission, goals, and competencies
- Participate in applicant selection for PA Program admissions
- Deliver assigned didactic and/or clinical instuction to PA students
- Evaluate student performance and provide academic counseling
- Ensure availability of remedial instruction for students in need
- Design, implement, coordinate, and evaluate PA Program curriculum
- Participate in assigned committee and program governance meetings
- Maintain strict confidentiality of student information
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accreditaed PA Program; graduate degree in PA studies or comparable field
- Minimum 3 years of clinical practice experience
- NCCPA certification with current TN PA license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Organizational ability, solid work ethic, and computer literacy
- Ability to work collaboratively with an academic team
- Willingness to travel as needed
