The last day to register for a Fall Workshop is Tuesday, September 20, at 11:59 p.m. E.T.
No new registrations, transfers, modifications, or cancellations are allowed for Fall Workshops after September 20 or Forum after October 6.
There are no group discounts available; however, we do offer an early-bird promotional price and PAEA member-exclusive discounts.

Yes, and there is no additional charge to do so. You can do this by going into the registration portal and clicking the “Login” link on the top right side of the navigation menu. When you are logged in, click on the green “Manage Registration” button in the navigation menu. Click on the (…) next to your name and choose “Transfer Registration”. You will then be able to either search for people within your program or add a new attendee. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us at Forum@PAEAonline.org or for workshop-related questions email us at Workshops@PAEAonline.org.

Yes. You can log into the registration portal by clicking the “Login” link on the top right side of the navigation menu. When you are logged in, click on the green “Manage Registration” button in the navigation menu.
To make any changes to the registrations associated with your login, click the {…} next to the relevant attendee’s name. You can edit your details, transfer your registration to another person, or cancel it altogether. There is a 10% administrative fee if you cancel your registration before the deadline of Thursday, October 6, for the Education Forum or before the deadline of Tuesday, September 20, for a Fall Workshop. Refunds will be processed after October 17. If you encounter any issues or have any question, feel free to contact us at Forum@PAEAonline.org or for workshop-related questions email us at Workshops@PAEAonline.org.

Yes, on the registration payment page you may choose to pay by credit card or check. If you choose to pay by check, payments must be received no later than September 23, in order to receive access to the virtual platform. Following September 23, all payments must be made via credit card.

In Person Experience
By attending the in-person Education Forum, you will be able to connect and participate in unique learning experiences with your PA education community colleagues. As a registered attendee, you will have access to live, in-person education sessions, keynotes, breakouts, awards, networking, sponsor solutions, and more, as well as the online virtual platform, where you can access e-posters, pre-recorded education sessions, and recordings of sessions on-demand after they take place live. Plus, we invite you to take part in the live Q&A with keynote speaker, Dr. Lesley Brooks, which will take place following the in-person event. All content on the virtual platform will be available until March 17, 2023.
On-Demand Experience
If you purchase the on-demand pass, you will be able to access pre-recorded education sessions, recorded sessions from San Diego, including education sessions, keynotes, e-posters, and awards. Plus, we invite you to take part in the live Q&A with keynote speaker, Dr. Lesley Brooks, which will take place following the in-person event. All content on the virtual platform will be available until March 17, 2023.
The in-person Fall Workshops will be highly interactive, immersive learning experiences. Printed materials are typically included for all workshops. For full-day workshops, the registration fee includes breakfast and lunch on each workshop day. For half-day workshops, only lunch is included. Please refer to the workshops descriptions for more details.
The meeting will be held virtually on Tuesday, October 4 at 3:30-5:00 pm ET.

This year, we will offer a mobile app to help you navigate the event and plan your schedule. The mobile app will launch a few weeks prior to the conference. At that time, all registered attendees will receive an email with instructions for downloading and logging into the app.
In addition to the mobile app, the Forum website will have a link to the Bizzabo virtual platform, which will allow you to build out your schedule and plan your time at Forum. Registered attendees will receive instructions on how to use this tool.
Before you begin the registration process, please make sure that you have the registrants’ NCCPA ID number and ZIP code associated with the NCCPA account (if applicable) to successfully complete the registration. We will also collect the registrants’ email, mobile phone number (for COVID-19 and health status updates and emergency information only), PA Program (if applicable), dietary restrictions, and any accessibility services needed.
CME
Nearly every education session at the 2022 Education Forum will be eligible for Category 1 CME credit. More information on the total number of CME hours available at this year’s Forum will be announced in the coming months.
All 2022 Fall Workshops will be eligible for Category 1 CME credit. Please refer to the workshops descriptions for more details.
Solutions Pavilion
A list of exhibitors and a map of their locations in the Solutions Pavilion will be available on the mobile app and virtual platform.
Facilities
All events and activities are based out of the Hilton San Diego Bayfront Hotel. Hotel room check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 12:00 p.m.
Yes, Wi-Fi will be complimentary during the event. For more information while at the Forum, check your mobile app or ask a PAEA staff member.
Forum registration begins on Wednesday, October 12, at 12:00 p.m., and the event officially kicks off at 4:00 p.m. with a First-time Attendee Mixer and Welcome Hour at 5:00 p.m. For more details on the entire Forum schedule, please see the current online agenda.
If you are registered for a Fall Workshop, those begin on the Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday prior to the Forum. Please refer to the workshops descriptions for specific workshop schedules.
The San Diego International-Lindbergh Field Airport is 3 miles from the hotel.
You can take a taxi or use a ridesharing app to travel to The Hilton San Diego Bayfront. You can also book shuttle services with SuperShuttle to and from the airport.
Presenters
We require all presenters to register for the conference, as noted in the Call for Proposals. One-day passes are available. All presenters and attendees must wear identification badges during the conference. Please contact our conference team at Forum@PAEAonline.org if you have any questions or concerns.

Additional Information
Business casual is the suggested dress code for this event. Remember that meeting rooms tend to be a bit cold, so a sweater or light jacket might be necessary.
