Assessment’s Closure Reminder for 2021  

As the Fall and Winter holidays approach, PAEA would like to remind you of the restricted access to proctored exams on the following days. Please note that in some cases this includes weekend administrations, so please plan your exam schedule in advance:  

• November 11: Veterans Day  
• November 25-28: Thanksgiving Day Observed   
• December 24-27: Christmas Day Observed 
• December 31-January 2: New Year Day Observed 

You may still schedule unproctored PACKRAT® exams for these days — as well as purchase and schedule exams — but customer support services will not be available to assist with any issues that might arise. Any questions submitted via email, chat, or voicemail message will be addressed on the next business day.
