Start or continue your PA education career in sunny Southern California! We are looking for energetic and team-oriented PAs to join our program. The position's administrative responsibility is didactic; you will be leading our Student Success. All our faculty teach to their strengths in a team-based format. This position will work most closely with the Director of Didactic Education. Do not pass up this chance to work in one of the most successful programs in Southern California. In 2025, we proudly documented a 0% attrition rate and 100% first-time test-taker PANCE rate. The right applicant has a passion for service and education. No prior teaching experience is needed. We will train the right fit for the CBU PA role. One release day for clinic time is provided per week, along with 4-6 weeks of vacation per year and a very competitive benefit package.
