Concord University is actively seeking a Director of Didactic Education for the developing Physician Assistant Program. The Director of Didactic Education (DDE) position is a full-time, twelve-month faculty position with academic rank based upon the appointeeâs academic and experiential qualifications. The DDE is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of the didactic phase of instruction.
The DDEÂ will lead the programâs self-assessment of the didactic year to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the program in meeting learning outcomes and delivering a curriculum that will promote attainment of program competencies and goals. As a program faculty member, the DDEÂ will also provide didactic and clinical year classroom and lab instruction based upon areas of interest, experience, and program need.
The DDEÂ will participate in program admissions, evaluate student performance, counsel students, and evaluate the curriculum and program.
