This webinar will provide an overview of current regulatory practice regarding the consideration of sex differences, the importance of the Sex as a Biological Variable (SABV) initiative, and future opportunities to further integrate SABV through collaboration in regulatory, research, and clinical care environments.
Specifically, the webinar will cover:
- The role of the Office of Women’s Health
- Integration of SABV into — and its role within — the regulatory environment
- Future areas for collaboration and funding opportunities to expand and disseminate SABV
This free session will be presented by a senior regulatory research officer and an associate director in the office of medication error prevention and risk management. Additionally, it is eligible for 1.00 AAPA Category 1 CME credit.
