Our team here at PAEA just keeps growing. We’re excited to introduce you to four of our newest staff members. Welcome Mary Jo, Carol, Rachel, and Maureen!
Mary Jo Anderson, DM

She brings more than 20 years of professional experience providing leadership, developing strategic decision-making practices, and ensuring operational excellence within the financial services industry.
Prior to joining PAEA, Mary Jo worked at Northwest Federal Credit Union as the senior vice president of member experience, leading all member-facing employees and supporting operational staff. She also spent more than 14 years with Bank of America as a senior vice president, where she held various roles focused on customer experience and client referral processes. In addition, she led several sales and operational teams during her career there.
She holds a doctor of management degree from University of Maryland University College, a master of business administration from Wright State University, and a bachelor’s in accounting from West Virginia University. When she’s not working, Rachel enjoys spending time with her friends and family, including watching her son play soccer and chasing her toddler daughter around on the sidelines. She also loves listening to music, singing, and curling up with a good novel.
