As we celebrate the holiday season, PAEA will have no customer service coverage, and will be restricting proctored exams, on the following dates:
- Monday, December 24
- Tuesday, December 25
- Monday, December 31 after 12 p.m. ET (Note: ExamDriver will be unavailable after this time.)
- Tuesday, January 1
You may still schedule unproctored PACKRAT™ exams — as well as purchase and schedule exams — on all of these days, except the afternoon of December 31. However, customer support services will not be available to assist with any issues that may arise. Any questions submitted via email, chat, or voicemail message will be addressed on the next business day.
