Submit an Abstract for the GHIC

Professionals and students alike are invited to submit abstracts for the Global Health & Innovation Conference (GHIC) next spring. The GHIC is an annual meeting focused on cross-discipline collaboration to improve public health and international development. Scheduled to take place at Yale University, April 22-23, it is the world’s largest public health conference and the largest social entrepreneurship conference.

Three different types of abstracts are being accepted for presentation at the conference:

  • Oral and poster abstracts – These research-, clinical-, or program-focused abstracts must include data, and outcomes and will be reviewed.
  • Social impact pitch abstracts for oral presentation – The Social Impact Lab allows attendees to present an idea, program, or organization to a panel for feedback.
  • “Innovative Initiatives” information sessions for oral presentation – These sessions allow programs or organizations to present their work, products, or services to other attendees.

The deadline for each of these three types of abstracts is Friday, September 30. For more information, see GHIC’s submission website.
