PAEA is offering all-access passes to members and non-members. In addition to individual registration, we are offering a bundle and save option for member programs. This option will provide savings for programs that register multiple attendees at the same time.

Substitution, Cancellation, and Refund Policies 

We understand that there may be circumstances that require you to change your plans. If this happens, here’s what you need to know: 

  • PAEA encourages you to designate a substitute in your place if you cannot attend. Substitutions will be honored at any time. This also pertains to programs that purchased multiple registrations. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.  
  • Cancellations must be received through the registration system by September 22 in order to receive a refund (minus a 50% administrative fee). Refunds will be processed after October 18. If you need assistance, please contact us at Forum@PAEAonline.org
  • No refunds will be issued for any reason for cancellations received after September 22. Refunds cannot be issued for duplicate registrations (e.g., if someone from a program registers as an individual, but later wants to register at a program with multiple attendees to receive the discounted rate).  

These policies apply to all registration types.  

PAEA reserves the right to cancel any programming or session. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the conference, PAEA will refund registration fees but is not responsible for any costs, damages, or other expenses of any kind.

Photo/Video Policy 

In our virtual 2021 Education Forum, you may choose to participate visually or with audio only. If you participate visually, your image will be received by and available to all participants, and you are agreeing that your image may be used at any time, without further notifications, in PAEA printed materials, websites, social media, and other marketing purposes.  

A Special Note for People with Disabilities: PAEA is committed to creating an inclusive virtual Forum experience, making reasonable accommodations to help ensure that no individual with a disability is excluded or otherwise treated differently from other individuals because of the absence of auxiliary aids or services. Accessing the Virtual Event Platform 

PAEA will provide Forum attendees online access to and use of the virtual conference platform via the Internet. Forum attendees are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all equipment needed to access the virtual event platform, including but not limited to Internet access and adequate bandwidth. Sharing individual registration with another person(s) is a violation of these terms and may result in access to the Forum being terminated at PAEA’s sole discretion. In the event of such violation, no refund will be provided.
