- The Preceptor Orientation Handbook: Tips, Tools, and Guidance for Physician Assistant Preceptors. The handbook was developed by PAEA’s Committee on Clinical Education (CCE), formerly the Clinical Education Committee, and members of its Preceptor Handbook Subcommittee. The handbook is a valuable resource for clinical coordinators and will guide their work with preceptors.
- Pi Alpha is the national physician assistant honor society organized for the promotion and recognition of both PA students and graduates. Membership signifies the inductee’s significant academic achievement and honors them for their leadership, research, community/professional service and other related activities. The society also encourages a high standard of character and conduct among students and graduates.

- Education Scholar is a comprehensive online program for the advancement of teaching skills, professional scholarship, and instructional improvement for educators in the health professions. The Education Scholar series offers member access to a quality series of faculty enrichment modules at a reasonable price. Each of the eight modules is self-paced, so one can schedule their learning time around other faculty responsibilities. In addition to reflective questions and self-assessment activities, each module within a given course includes a 10-item objective post-test to validate your completion of the learning objectives. Once enrolled, each person will have an entire year to work with the modules.
