PAEA has just released the 21st version of PACKRAT, the Physician Assistant Clinical Knowledge Rating and Assessment Tool. This latest version has been updated to be compliant with DSM-5 standards and is accompanied by an updated topic list.
This popular self-assessment tool for students and programs consists of 225 multiple-choice questions, which cover the core clinical areas. It is created new each year by a team of experts in PA education and is extensively peer-reviewed to ensure it is rigorous and appropriate for PA students.
All previously scheduled PACKRAT administrations will be transitioned to the new version. National statistics will be available for the latest version on www.PACKRATexam.org and on score reports after 300 exams have been administered.
