The Interprofessional Education Collaborative (IPEC) has launched a new webinar series and will host their inaugural session on March 9 at 2:00 p.m. ET. This first installment will focus on the development of IPEC core competencies since 2011, including efforts to “design a curriculum that prepares health and other professions’ students for interprofessional collaborative practice.”
Following the webinar, attendees should be able to:
- Identify the IPEC core competencies for preparing students to work in interprofessional collaborative practice
- Explain the intent, process, and purpose for the 2011 development and 2016 revision of the IPEC competencies
- Discuss opportunities to use the IPEC core competencies to advance interprofessional education
